Imagine yourself being one of a thousand people playing together in the largest game of hide and seek EVER! Not only that, you'll be a Guinness World Record holder!

Imagine doing that in the best venue in Qatar.. Katara! We will be restricting half of the whole cultural village to our use in this game.

If you think it doesn't get better than that, think again! After the game and announcement there'll be a series of amazing performances on the stage we will be setting on The Esplanade.

Luminescence Events - Stenden University, would like to invite you to break the Guinness World Record of The Largest Game of Hide & Seek.

All the money collected in this event will go to Qatar Red Crescent.

Now all you need to do to be part of this big event is the following:
1- Get you participation ticket.
2- Follow the simple official rules of the game.

That's it! As simple as that.

Participation fee (goes directly to QRC) is:
QR50 for ages 17 and above.
QR30 for ages 16 and below.

Tickets will be available by Wednesday 18th January, 2012.

For registration, we have our permanent desk at Stenden University from 10:00am to 4:00pm. We have a table in QIS everyday from 9-9:30am. Our tickets are being sold in American School of Doha. We will be in CNA-Q on Tuesday from 11:30 to 1:30. In CMU Wednesday from 12-1 pm.

The game will last for a minimum of 1 hour, but we're having it from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Of course participants need to come earlier to check their registration.

Here is the full schedule of the event:

12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Registration.
3:00 PM - 3:20 PM Assembly and Rules Review.
3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Breaking the Hide & Seek Record.
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Result, Announcements, and Gift Exchanges.
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM Pre-celebration.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Artistic Performance.
