MOPH launches online registration platform for arrivals through Abu Samra border

The State of Qatar announced launching the passenger's online registration platform, which will expedite entry procedures to the State of Qatar through registration at www.ehteraz.gov.qa

Using the platform before arrival to Qatar will expedite entry procedures at the borders. The platform will be launched currently for arrivals through the Abu Samra border.

Travelers must apply through the platform no more than 72 hours prior to the arrival time and at least 6 hours before it. Travelers must present their PCR test result and the application approval to the border employee in order to use the Fast-Track service.

How to use the online registration platform for passengers:

  1. In order to login into the platform, you need to create a new user by filling in the required information.
  2. To submit the application, please select "Submit new application", and fill in the required information which includes the date of arrival and number of travelers.
    1. For Qataris and residents, the ID number must be entered.
    2. For GCC citizens, the passport number must be entered.
    3. For visitors, the visa number and passport number must be entered.
  3. The following health information must also be entered:
    1. The type of vaccine and date of the last dose.
    2. The date of the last infection with Covid-19 for recovered travelers.
  4. To complete registration in the platform, the following attachments must be uploaded:
    1. Copy of passport
    2. Copy of certified vaccination certificate
    3. Copy of Negative PCR test result
    4. Copy of hotel quarantine reservation for unvaccinated individuals or those coming from high-risk countries.
    5. Any other attachments
  5. Review the information and make sure it's accurate before sending it.
  6. After submitting the application, the traveler may follow up and see the status of the application either it is approved or any other procedures required to get the approval.
