On this special episode, Mama Baba Ganoush joins the sushi masterclass with Chef Masaharu Morimoto to learn the secrets behind making perfect sushi. Morimoto showcases the art of rolling sushi at his restaurant at Mondrian Doha, his first in the Middle East.
The session was part of the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) 2019 where sushi lovers and aspiring chefs were offered a unique opportunity to see the culinary genius demonstrates his master skills and techniques.
