FIFA has announced that mobile ticket holders may now soon own a physical and personalized match ticket for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ as souvenir tickets. Original ticket purchasers will be able to request souvenir tickets for the mobile tickets of the match(es) they have attended with their guests.
The souvenir tickets will be rolled out towards mid-January 2023 through FIFA.com/tickets using the FIFA Ticketing account to purchase souvenir tickets.
Only original ticket purchasers can purchase souvenir tickets of the mobile tickets owned for the tournament. Guests will not be able to purchase souvenir tickets directly. Personal data will not be able to be changed on a souvenir ticket.
The price per souvenir ticket is QR 10 and all tickets contained within a single application number will be printed. The total price is calculated as QR 10 multiplied by the number of tickets with the same application number.
Souvenir tickets will be delivered by regular post to the address registered in the FIFA ticketing account starting from the end of February 2023 or the beginning of March 2023. The estimated delivery time will take around a month so souvenir tickets should be received by the end of March 2023 or the beginning of April 2023. Shipping costs are included in the price of the souvenir tickets.
