Doha Metro & Lusail Tram announced a service update for 13 May 2022 on their official Twitter account. The Gold line will be replaced with alternative bus services from Al Aziziya and Ras Bu Abboud every 5 minutes as well as Al Sadd and Bin Mahmoud every 10 minutes. Passengers are advised to disembark at the Al Sadd Metro Station bus stop to transfer between the two services.

2Al Sadd and Bin Mahmoud every 10 minutes

As per the announcement:

• Souq Waqif Metro Station will not be served by replacement bus services
• Metrolink routes will operate as normal. Please note that M316 operations will shift to entrance 2 at Ras Bu Abboud.
• Metroexpress services will operate as normal.
