The Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has announced that Paywise (Dibsy) has been granted a license to provide digital payment services in Qatar.
Dibsy is a platform for accepting and managing online payments. The addition of the Qatar fintech enterprise brings the total number of companies under QCB's supervision to 9.
