The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ have announced that the tournament dates for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ will be 12 January to 10 February 2024.

To ensure that the fan experience is maximized, the opening game for the tournament will be played on a Friday, and the finals will also take place on a weekend.

The tournament will witness Asia’s top 24 nations battling for one of the most prestigious titles in Asian football.

The selected stadiums for the games will be the following:

• Al Janoub Stadium
• Al Bayt Stadium
• Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium
• Al Thumama Stadium
• Education City Stadium
• Khalifa International Stadium
• Jassim bin Hamad Stadium
• Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium

Officials also announced that the official draw ceremony for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ will take place at 2 pm on 11 May 2023 at the Katara Opera House.

The official match schedule is expected to be revealed shortly after the draw.
