The Look Company Nominated as the Official and Exclusive Branding Partner of the “Match of Champions”

The Look Company, recognized as the pioneer of the “Look of the Games,” appointed as the official and exclusive branding partner of the long awaited and fully sold out football match between Spanish football club FC Barcelona playing against Al-Ahli Saudi FC, the current champions of the Saudi Professional League. Held in Doha at Al Thani Bin Jassim Stadium on Tuesday, 13th December, 2016. The game is a friendly match between the two football club giants and is set to mark Barca’s first ever appearance in Qatar.

As the exclusive branding partner, The Look Company provided a turn-key solution to deliver a unique and visually engaging environment to drive visibility for the match sponsors and partners. The Look Company is globally recognized in creating environmental branding solutions to major sporting and corporate events, organizing committees, sports clubs and their sponsors. Branding elements encompassed outdoor street banners and flagpoles, a fully customized branding solution at the stadium including branding of the VVIP lounge, exterior facades and team gate entrances, locker rooms and customized way finding signs. Branding with sponsors logos also spanned ticket booths and kiosks in malls in addition to the official match press conference at the Sheraton Hotel. All branding elements were created in harmony to help deliver an immersive visual spectator experience and ensure the utmost visibility for all sponsors throughout the event.

The Look Company had previously signed an exclusive branding partnership with Qatar Football Association to undertake all branding and signage and way finding for each and every Qatar Football Association event going forward leading up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Qatar Football Association currently manages all Qatar national team football matches for both the Senior Mens and Under 21’s Mens teams in addition to all qualification matches for Olympics, World Cup and Asian Football Cup championships. Running parallel to this, all international friendly matches that are played out on Qatar’s soil are also managed by Qatar Football Association.
