The Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) announced on 12 November 2023 that Nasser Al Attiyah and his navigator Mathieu Baumel won the champion's title at the 2023 Dubai International Baja on 12 November 2023.

Al Attiyah, accompanied by French navigator Mathieu Baumel on board the “Prodrive Hunter” car, took first place in the overall standings in Baja Dubai, with a total time of 5:22:52.3 hours, and a difference of +5:13.9 minutes from his closest competitor, the Saudi driver Yazid Al-Rajhi who ranked second with a total time of 5:28:06.2 hours.

Nasser Saleh Al Attiyah expressed his overwhelming happiness at winning the Baja World Cup Championship title, which he theoretically won in the sixth round in Portugal. Al Attiyah said in a press statement after winning the title:

“I am always proud of the support and support of the officials in the State of Qatar in all the championships that I participate in, which always motivates me to strive and raise the flag of Qatar high in all international and regional forums, which is what was achieved by winning the World Cup for Desert Rally Championships Baha".

The Qatari driver explained that winning the World Desert Rally Championship (Baja) represents a continuation of his series of achievements for the year 2023, which he began by winning the Dakar International Rally title, then the Middle East Championship title, and then the World Desert Rally Championship title (Rally RED), expressing his hope to continue and maintain these achievements over the coming year

It was also announced that the victory was made with their new "Prodrive" car.
