The event has also created separate sport segments for women, teenagers and people with disabilities, to provide them with an opportunity to participate in one of Qatar’s most exciting festivals of the year.”

Mr. Abdullah added: “Every year, we strive to create more sports and activities that are widely accepted by families and individuals by diversifying the activities. We want to be able to accommodate wider segments of the society in Qatar, not only during Ramadan but throughout the year. The cumulative experience of past events is being used to commensurate the wishes of the masses.”
