According to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) announced the resumption of all health services in the Rawdat Al Khail Health Center. The health centre was designated for testing COVID-19 cases over the past three years.
The Primary Health Care Corporation said that, in light of the increase in the demand for COVID-19 vaccinations and the decrease in infection rates, the Rawdat Al Khail Health Center has now, naturally, resumed the operation of all its services, which includes family medicine services, routine examinations, dental services and medical services. There will also be medical appointment services in direct attendance or virtual consultations for patients who prefer this type of appointment. PHCC said that they will continue to provide COVID-19 services to patients in a separate area.
Executive Director of Operations at PHCC Dr. Samia Al Abdullah said that the COVID-19 pandemic represented a major challenge for the healthcare system in adapting to its requirements while prioritising the health and safety of patients and employees.
