US-based Bechtel has said ihe Al Sejeel Petrochemical Complex in Ras Laffan will include an ethylene cracker with the feedstock coming from natural gas projects located in the north of Qatar.t has been selected in April by the QP-QAPCO, a partnership between Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Petrochemical Co to provide project management services for construction of the Al Sejeel mega-petrochemical complex in Ras Laffan.
