The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) announced on 22 January 2024 that two Qatari Armed Forces planes have arrived in the city of Al Arish in Egypt with aid to be provided to the people of Gaza.

The planes carried 89 tons of aid, including food supplies provided by Qatar Charity.

With these planes, the total number of aid planes sent to Gaza from Qatar is 68 planes with aid totalling 2,063 tons.
