Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit — Tuesday

Losail International Circuit will be hosting Ladies Training Days.

Twice a month, the Losail track will be open only for ladies to be able to exercise in one of the largest venues in Doha with privacy as well as enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

Bicycles and gear will be available so ladies won’t have to bring their personal cycles from home. There will be special trainers available to provide yoga lessons, a mini-bootcamp; walking, jogging and other activities, as well as a special allocated area for children.

*Please note only boys under 9 years of age will be allowed inside the track.*

How Women Work's Hippocrates Success and Wellness Program — Wednesday

HWW welcomes everyone to participate in their third seminar “Lead a successful and confident lifestyle” conducted by Evridiki Iliaki, Certified Business and Life Coach, on January 11th at 6:00 pm at City Centre Rotana in West Bay.

Come and enjoy the free cycling, running and walking facilities at Losail International Circuit!

Dates: Every Wednesday

Car Park Area: Inside the Circuit next to the Paddock Restaurant Parking

Registration: Inside the Circuit at Pit Garage 2

Rules:

Cyclists must use the track in an anti-clockwise direction, cycling on the inside of the track, overtaking to the left.

Runners and walkers use the track in a clockwise direction on the outside of the track, between the blue line and fence. No crossing of the track is permitted without the safety marshal's permission.

All cyclists (including small children) must wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes when using the track.

Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Shop Qatar Festival — Saturday (all month)

Shop Qatar is the first edition of the month-long shopping festival. Under the slogan ‘A Brand New Tradition’, the first edition of Shop Qatar will kick-off in January with discounts on popular brands, cash prizes worth up to QAR 4 million, and a colourful schedule of entertainment featuring Cats the Broadway musical and 15 stand-up comedy acts.

12th Al Dana Green Run – 2017 — Saturday



Families, running enthusiasts and go green supporters across Qatar can look forward to getting their running shoes on this January as the much-anticipated Al Dana Green Run hosted by Doha Bank returns for its 12th edition with a bigger and better line-up of race categories. Taking place on 14 January 2017 at Aspire Zone, the annual run will cover a 3 km circuit around Khalifa Stadium as it gathers men, women, children and families from around the country who will put their best foot forward for a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
