Sheraton to reopen Pirate’s Cove

The Doha Sheraton will reopen its beachfront restaurant Pirate’s Cove on March 5, said a spokesperson of the hotel. “It’s an open-air beachfront restaurant with an unrivalled view overlooking the lagoon at Al Fresco. The restaurant offers seafood specialties, barbecue and a perfectly friendly service under the stars,” said Luis Zapanta, e-Commerce executive and acting public relations and marketing head. The Pirate’s Cove kitchen offers guests an assorted selection of starters, salads with barbecue grills and tandoori. To complement the meal, mocktails and tropical drinks from an extensive list of outstanding selections are offered. Zapanta said Pirate’s Cove has become a seasonal popular meeting place in the city. “The ambiance and the decor are inviting and fun; all contribute to creating an energetic, lively dining environment.” “In our ceaseless aim to provide warm and comforting service and facilities to our valued guest, we are reopening the Pirate’s Cove with specials which are refreshing and apt to the ambiance of an outdoor restaurant. It features daily live music entertainment from 7pm until 11pm that will surely be enjoyed by everyone.” said Gerhard Foltin, general manager of Doha Sheraton. Doha Sheraton also announced its new menu at the La Veranda Italian Restaurant which includes Trenette Alla Tarantina, Trenette with mussel Tarantina style; and Penne Alla Montecristo, Penne with mussels, prawns, cherry tomato pesto and cream.
