H.E. the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lulwa Al-Khater has expressed surprise at the accusations made by Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir against the State of Qatar.
HE Lulwa Al Khater said in a press statement that Al-Jubeir's remarks were regrettable irony, where he began by the need for reunification of visions, the Arab and Gulf ranks, and then attacked the State of Qatar, wondering how the two things are right.
She noted that al-Jubair forgot or pretended to forget that the policies practiced by the four countries that impose a blockade on the State of Qatar for more than two years are policies that split the Gulf, creating a rift in joint Arab and Gulf action, and exerting pressure not only on the State of Qatar but on a number of Arab countries.
Al-Khater considered that the accusations made by Al-Jubeir were only detailed for media consumption and are not worthy of reply.(QNA)
