Qatar’s retail conglomerate 51 East will showcase the latest ‘show-stopping’ collection of entirely new brands for women at all of its outlets this summer. On display will be the Spring/Summer 2009 collections from couture outfitters and designers such as Balmain, Azzaro, Anna Molinari, Amanda Wakeley, Leonard, Zac Posen, Temperley, Malandrino, Jay AHR, Herve Leger, Alexander Wang, Bill Blass, Pauric Sweeney, Bally, Zufi Alexander, Francesco Biasia, Piatonna, Georgina Goodman, Proenza Shouler, Stuart Weitzman, Camper and Baldinini among others. 51 East has built a reputation in Qatar for specialising in acquiring and selling only the most distinguished and refined luxury brands for a growing clientele with exquisite taste and a desire for excellent craftsmanship. “We have always striven to offer our clients the ‘crème de la crème’ of high fashion and accessories from the four corners of the globe,” said Nazar Najarian, general manager of Modern Home, the parent company for 51 East. “So by presenting these new and venerable institutions of refined tailoring and design for the first time in our stores, we are ecstatic about being able to vastly broaden our already considerable bouquet of retail brand names and world renowned luxury products. Essentially, we have made good on our promise of bringing a world of truly resplendent fashion to the doorstep of Qatar,” Najarian said. 51 East already houses a range of top international brands.
