Qatar Telecom (Qtel) recently upgraded its national HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) mobile network for the benefit of its Mobile Broadband customers. The network has been enhanced to deliver HSDPA 7.2 Mbps (megabits per second) peak downlink speeds.
