Qatar Customs in a tweet on 9 March 2023, announced that the administration of air cargo and private airports customs (postal consignments) has foiled the smuggling of lyrica pills, found hidden in cricket bats, and when the bats were opened.
أحبطت إدارة جمارك الشحن الجوي والمطارات الخاصة متمثلة بقسم الارساليات البريدية على حبوب اللاريكا المخدرة مخبأة داخل مضارب للعبة الكركيت ، وعند فتح المضارب تم العثور على أشرطة الكبسولات لحبوب اللاريكا مخبأة بداخلها ، بلغ عددها 1977 حبة ، وعليه تم تحرير محضر ضبط وتسليم المضبوطات pic.twitter.com/T6SpGGZ90A

Capsule strips of lyrica pills hidden inside were found. They numbered 1977 pills. Accordingly, a seizure report was issued and the seizures were handed over to the competent authorities in the country.
