Expat insurance platform William Russell published their Tax-Free Relocation Report, naming Qatar among the top 10 tax-free countries that are the cheapest for expats to move to. The list explores the expenses of flights, rent, utility bills, and more to determine the relocation score.
In the list, Qatar ranks 7th with a Relocation Score of 5.06/10. The report highlights that Qatar is the fourth most affordable tax-free country for monthly utilities, costing approximately USD 112 (QR 408).
The list includes 5 GCC countries, with Oman topping the list, followed by Kuwait, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates consecutively.
