A novel equipment, believed to be a portable speed radar, was spotted beside a Doha road yesterday, as seen in this picture sent to Gulf Times by a resident. The Traffic Department has intensified its campaign to book erring motorists by deploying unmarked vehicles fitted with speed radars and equipping cops with radar guns.
