Launch remains dedicated to fostering a community of the future leaders of Qatari professionals through collaborative and engaging networking events.”

Khalifa Saleh Al Haroon, CEO of H.U.G and ILQ Network and Creator of the Q-Tips Show, said: "It doesn't matter if you're just getting started with a new business or if you're a serial entrepreneur, we all get doors slammed in our faces, people constantly telling us we can't do something, or that we're just not good enough. Our challenge is to weave through negativity and bring our business ideas to life. Ideas that, we hope, can make the world a better place.”

Mr. Al Haroon added: “What helps define a successful entrepreneur is how they overcome barriers that could hinder their success. My goal is to share some of the challenges I faced and how I went on to creating one of the fastest growing digital media companies in the country."

In addition to the annual two day conference, Launch provides a highly interactive series of learning events post the conference including: workshops, coaching and mentoring services, interactive web and social media advice, as well as networking opportunities through Launch Knowledge, which provides forums for discussion on issues and opportunities related to career growth along with an introduction to industry leaders and experts.

Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Director of Community and Public Relations at Ooredoo, said: “Being true to your values as you develop your career is a key part of personal and professional development, and I hope this event gives us all a platform to learn and grow. I’m proud to be speaking at this conference and reaching out to the next generation of leaders, because I recognise the key role that the support of mentors and peers plays in nurturing talent and enriching people’s lives.”

Launch was founded by Elizabeth Fleming and co-founded by Isra Al Jefairi, due to their unwavering passion to establish an effective platform for the professional growth of Qatari Nationals to network and benefit from the expertise of leading industry experts.
