In a Tweet on 18 October 2021, Aviation analyst Alex Macheras has said that the ninth passenger evacuation flight since 31 August had departed Kabul, Afghanistan to Doha. The flight had 353 passengers on board.

Citizens onboard were from Afghanistan, US, Australia, the Netherlands & other nations.

Also, in a report by CNN, "upon arrival in Doha, the passengers will be transported to a facility currently hosting evacuees, where they will be tested for Covid-19. They will remain in Doha until departing for their ultimate destination."
