The Ministry of the Interior is organizing a press conference tomorrow, Monday 10 September 2018, with regards to the permanent residency card and also to introduce Law No. 10 of 2018 that regulates it.
Abdullah Salem Al-Ali from the Office of His Excellency the Minister of Interior, Brig. Mohammed Ahmed Al Ateeq, DG of Passports and Brig. Salem Saqr Al Muraikhi, Director of Legal Affairs Department will attend the press conference to shed more light on the subject.
These officers will talk about the new Law and explain the privileges that the card holder of the permanent residency will be entitled to. They will also discuss the conditions that must be met by residents who wish to apply for the card, the application mechanism and other procedures related to the Law.
