In a report, Al Sharq has said that as per the newspaper Al Majlis of Kuwait, the General Department of Traffic of Kuwait has impounded a vehicle with a Qatari number plate as a child was seen driving it.
The video posted by Al Sharq on its social media, shows a child driving away with his younger brother in a Land Cruiser with a Qatari plate. It seemed that the children had driven away after buying items from a supermarket, as per the report.
