Fashion guru, whose work has been described by the Italian media as “the Ferrari of clothing”, has been welcomed with open arms by fashion lovers in Qatar.
Within just a week of opening his new boutique at The Pearl-Qatar, Domenico Vacca posted record sales of $700,000. Scores of Domenico Vacca’s private VIP clients flocked to the new shop, where they were carefully fitted with ready-to-wear and custom made suits and shirts and made private purchases. Jackets, suits, as well as shirts and blouses were popular sellers among both male and female clients.
“Among our most popular hit products were our iconic Alligator Bags called ‘the Julie Bag,’ said Vacca. “Our Alligator brand furniture collection was also a big hit and sold out), as well as our Alligator face and strap watches, with five different time zones.”
Domenico Vacca’s latest 230 square meters boutique is the first of Vacca’s outlets to open in the Middle East; but with its sleek New Age design, its marble floors, hand-crafted Italian furniture and the famous baby blue leather armchairs, the new store has taken Qatar fashion lovers by storm.
Domenico Vacca’s loyal customers include music and Hollywood’s biggest names.
