International Bank of Qatar (ibq) has announced an extension in the opening hours at its main branch, located on Suhaim bin Hamad Street, Al Sadd, to ensure further convenience for clients.
The new opening hours are 7.30am to 1pm and 5.30pm to 7.30pm from Sunday until Wednesday, and 7.30am to 1pm on Thursday.
Andrew Ball, head of retail banking at ibq, said: “The extension of our main branch evening opening hours is a move towards offering our valued customers more flexibility and convenience. This will have a positive impact on our customers’ satisfaction and support our aim to provide the best customer service and remain the bank of choice in Qatar.”
Other ibq branches, including ones on C-Ring Road, Markhiya, Airport Road and Qatar Airways Building, will be open from 7.30am to 1pm, Sunday until Thursday. The Lagoona Mall branch will remain open from 10am to 1pm and 5pm to 8pm, Saturday until Thursday.
