Chairperson of Education Above All H.H. Sheikha Moza bint Nasser met Wednesday with World Bank President David Malpass, at the World Bank headquarters in Washington D.C.
In the meeting, they discussed the newly-signed, groundbreaking partnership agreement between Education Above All and the World Bank to enroll two million out of school children in 41 countries by 2025.
The agreement secures up to $250 million in funding and will ensure focus on a cohort of developing nations working to enable access to quality primary education for all children in their respective countries. EAAs strategic partner, Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), was a key contributor to this effort.
