I am Indian working in Sales Department for the last 6 years in qatar .Now i am getting transferred to the another branch of the same company,this month in Sharjah.When i have talked to them regarding the end of service settlement in qatar as they will be cancelling my visa when i gets transferred,they told me they will give me final settlement only when i resign from the sharjah branch . Is it possible to claim the endofservice in qatar after cancelling and leaving qatar, in case if they refuse to give this after years . Please help.Early reply will be appreciated.
