Heavy dust descended on Qatar yesterday following a sandstorm which came after two consecutive days of foggy weather. Dust accompanied by strong wind reduced visibility and the temperature. Strong wind is forecast today also, according to Qatar Meteorology Department. Dusty conditions are expected to abate later in the day. The minimum temperature of 8C is forecast at Abu Samra and maximum of 23C in Doha and Al Khor.
