According to the Qatar Meteorology Department, the winter is not over yet, and the cold spell is back. Today, you can see wintery cloudy weather over the country with a continued chance of scattered rain in different areas of Qatar. The wind is northerly fresh to strong and is causing dust to blow in the environment and there is low visibility in some areas.
Offshore the wind speed ranges between 18-25 kt and exceeds 30 kt in some areas according to the latest observations. The sea height ranges between 6-10 ft.
The Qatar Meteorology Department has also issued a warning to remind you to avoid all marine activities, and this marine warning is expected to continue until the end of the week.
