The Public Works Authority - 'Ashghal', has announced in a tweet a 6-day closure at Pearl Interchange on Lusail Road, effective Saturday, 23 July 2022 at 1 am.

Right turn at the junction, linking traffic from Doha & Katara towards the Pearl will be closed to enable rectification works. During the diversion, Lusail Road users heading for the Pearl from Doha can keep on their journey through the Pearl I/C tunnel and then U-Turn at the next junction towards the Pearl to reach their destinations.
Road users coming from Katara towards the Pearl can take the first access before the closed right turn, then use the local roads to reach their destinations.
