What is FTA?

Fashion Trust Arabia

Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA), a non-profit organisation and the first-of-its-kind in the Arab world, was established by a number of world-renowned fashion designers, executives, and personalities in September 2018. The aim is to help designers from the Arab World build their brand and gain international exposure.

FTA was founded by Tania Fares – co-author of ‘London Uprising: Fifty Fashion Designers, One City’ and British Vogue Contributing Editor. It is chaired by H.H. Sheikha Moza and co-chaired by Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, and they collaborate with Matchesfashion.com which offers these designers support and mentorship to achieve success in the fashion world.
