We have some fantastic news for you if you are looking for an opportunity to expand your business locally. It is official that Food Trucks are going to be an actual permanent (at least till April) thing at the Museum Of Islamic (MIA) Park, in Qatar and we couldn’t be happier about it.

After the huge success at the QIFF 2016, the idea of food trucks became more of a reality for everyone. Even though Burgeri has had their food truck at a few beaches in Qatar, we hardly saw anything else from other eateries. Qatar Museums is taking the initiative and the world is suddenly a better place for me.

All you need to do is prepare a proposal and submit it by 30th July 2016. There are 5 slots that are open and you can be in either category: the Western food, Eastern food, cold/hot drinks or desserts.

You need to have a descriptive business plan with your concept presentation ready in order to submit your application. Moreover, map out your food truck interior and exterior design and get your credentials such as the Commercial Registration, Computer Card, Owner ID and Trade License ready.

The food truck proposal is aimed at applicants who currently have experience in the F&B industry and it is important for them to focus on the guidelines since the selected business will be judged on the basis of their product quality, proposal, success in the F&B market, design presentation and the ownership of their existing outlet.

You should be ready with your 12 meter length x 3 meters width Food Truck by the 1st of October, 2016 if you’re selected.
