The Cultural Village Foundation Katara welcomed thousands of visitors from different age groups who chose the cultural district to celebrate the Eid Al Fitr. Katara provided them with a number of various activities.
This year's festive program was rich and varied in its activities, which included fun and interest. The celebrations began with the military music performances performed by the Police Training Institute, the "The Cake Vendor" play and cartoon characters, who distributed gifts to the children. Katara has dedicated a children's play area, including several entertaining games.
The celebrations also included the fireworks at 10 pm that have become a regular part of Katara's festivals celebration. Katara has fireworks everyday from the 4th to the 7th of June 2019 at 10 pm everyday. Other EID activities will be conducted from 5 pm to 10 pm.
