A succesful 1st year founding Anniversary of Helping Empowering Recognizing OFW
(HERO) was held last 22nd of January,2016 at the Emerald Hall of Holiday Villa
Doha Hotel.
The event was led by the HERO Qatar founding Chairman Henry Dimaano.
Truly a remarkable evening with full of entertainment,recognition and diversity.
HERO Qatar is a non-profit organisation aiming at building a strong support group and solid foundation for the welfare of distressed OFWs to uplift their current situation and help Filipino community in Qatar and in the Philippines. It is one of the newest Filipino groups in the country.
"The mission of the group is mainly to assist distressed OFWs in Qatar. We were recognised and accredited by the Philippine Embassy Doha and United Filipino Organisations in Qatar (UFOQ) in February 2015.
