The idyllic coastal island resort, which opened a little earlier this year and inaugurated by HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani to a grand ceremony, offers an array of accommodations, all looking out to the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf, includes a 96-room hotel, 34 two and three-bedroom poolside villas and 11 Maldives-style villas built over the calm waters on stilts.

The crescent-shaped island is only a 20-minute ferry ride from the Gulf State’s Capital Doha, or for some a 10-minute helicopter ride from the Doha airport.
