At the Cabinet meeting that was held on 25 October 2023, the Council of Ministers approved for the non-Qatari investor to own up to 100% of the capital of Qatar National Cement Manufacturing Company.

Qatar National Cement Manufacturing Company is a Qatari public shareholding company listed on the stock exchange in accordance with the provisions of Article (7) of Law No. (1) of 2019 regulating non-Qatari capital investment in economic activity.
