Ahmed Al Muftah – Mowasalat (Karwa) CAO added:

“Qatar’s transportation landscape is in a state of transition away from individual towards shared rides; In parallel, the upcoming international events and their massive influx of guests, who are used to public transport in their home countries, pose a stress test to the network. Such circumstances demand a strategy that is based on tangible, reliable and fast intelligence. Digitalization helps us to process large volumes of data in a fast way and reach an accurate assessment of requirements. It is a key component to a seamless travel experience for our customers.”
