To support Qatar’s economic growth, quality of life and Long-term sustainability, Mowasalat want to provide a service to contribute to the Ministry’s vision of a safe, effective and environment-friendly transport system. With the rapid increase in infrastructure and transport mobility, easy access to public transportation is very essential. Thus an app to further this access is pivotal to the customer experience and the company’s success.

The influx of tourists and visitors, as well as the constant increase in population demonstrates a need for development in technology and innovation to stay one of the first choices for people’s transportation possibilities. Apart from the typical destinations for work, school, shopping, there is growth in cultural, social, educational, health and sports spots and events proffers a demand for such services. Mowasalat emphasized their continued focus on enhancement of their product to attain “Customer delight and internal customer satisfaction.

With a number of 4000 taxis and 4 franchise operators, this is a truly challenging task for Mowasalat and while there are already existing apps available to the public of Qatar, development in the Karwa taxi experience may be a pleasant progress and leave us with complete mobility in Qatar where this is still desperately needed.
