Grand Hyatt Doha is proud to be able to announce that it is partnering with Viva Infoventures in providing smart hotel technology. DHN is a revolutionary network of large format touch-screens running the next generation Vivas interactive media platform and engineered to inform and engage with users by serving contextual media and content.

“The DHN is a great digital media platform for our property as it provides numerous services for hotel guests and visitors,” said Christoph K Franzen, the general manager. “This smart technology allows our guests to know all about our new services, exclusive deals, events, shopping, dining, etc.”

"Al Majed Group has always been committed to bringing innovative solutions in Qatar and the Digital Hospitality Network at the Grand Hyatt is testimonial to that vision,” said Jacob V Jacob, Al Majed Group, Qatar VP. “We are sure visitors will enjoy an enhanced digital experience with this initiative. We are sure this is just the beginning and many more interesting services will be added on this platform in the near future."

DHN is also a great platform for visitors wanting to learn about Qatar itself, and tours, travel and shopping opportunities. The GM added further, “The introduction of DHN is also a strong testimonial to Grand Hyatt’s commitment to Qatar Tourism as the hotel seeks to embrace new innovative technology to further this cause.”

“DHN will provide more services in the near future including an intuitive way of searching the video library, hotel events and social media integration to continually enhance user experience,” explained Vineet C Nambiar, the DHN Architect.
