Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa launches new loyalty program for tourists and residents in Qatar

Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa is offering a comprehensive loyalty program to its guests from Qatar and abroad. Card holders will now have access to exclusive discounts over a selection of the hotel’s services, as a reward for continuously choosing Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa as their destination.

When obtaining the Gold card, guests will receive up to 20% discount at the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, rooms and suites, as well as spa treatments. The Silver card also provides a 15% discount on all three service categories at the hotel.

Commenting on the privilege cards, Mr. Zeid Talhami, Director of Sales & Marketing said: “We appreciate our loyal guests and therefore wanted to reward them for continuously making Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa their first choice. Furthermore, we want to encourage tourists and businessmen to visit more often, as well as encourage locals to enjoy Qatar’s destinations. We strive to offer top services with worldwide standards, strengthening our relationships with our guests through a one of a kind experience.”

For qualification, guests must have visited the hotel at least 40 times to be entitled to the Gold card, whereas the Silver card is given to those who have visited the hotel at least 20 times. Eligible guests should be either a FIT (Foreign Individual Traveler) or a Walk-In, who has booked independently.

The Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa is part of the Grand Heritage Group, a chain of luxury hotels around the world. It opened its doors in Doha in late 2011 and has since been an important presence in the hospitality industry in Qatar, both aesthetically and by measure of its services.
