Ezdan Real Estate Company revealed its plans to launch the multi-purpose "Al Janoub Gardens" project, which will include residential and commercial units by the end of 2022, comprising more than 2,368 various-sized fully furnished apartments, in addition to 240 retail outlets.
The project features a huge number of parking spaces for residents and visitors, exceeding 4,400 external parking lots and basement floors, as well as mosques, kids play areas, and about 10 swimming pools spread in the project.
In a press conference, Ezdan's Deputy Group CEO Hani Dabash affirmed that Al Janoub Gardens is one of the most important real estate projects accomplished by Ezdan during 2022.
