Located in the C-level of Place Vendôme, one of the new branches of Commercial Bank is a CB Premium Lounge designed to welcome Sadara and Private Banking clients in an extraordinary environment. The Premium Lounge provides a distinct level of service with access to banking services such as Wealth and Investment Management, Real Estate Financing, secure access to stock markets, and other banking services, served in the privacy of individual suites.
The other newly opened branch of Commercial Bank is strategically located at the Hamad Port. This new location highlights Commercial Bank's support in Qatar's continuously improving trade industry while supporting the community and businesses that thrive off this development. The Hamad Port branch will also provide its customers with a full range of banking services.
On the other hand, Commercial Bank has also renovated its City Center branch offering its customers the bank's largest digital lobby in Qatar. This branch's digital lobby contains easy-to-use, self-service machines that can be used for withdrawing and depositing cash and the instant printing of chequebooks and cards. These self-service machines are accessible 24/7!
Commercial Bank has further improved its services to become more efficient and customer-friendly. To start with, they have launched a paperless branch where even tellers will be going paperless!
According to Nayef Al Beshri, AGM - Head of Branches, this is only the "first step towards the remodelling of the physical presence of all Commercial Bank branches network in the country" as it prepares to switch all its banking branches to paperless.
Apart from this, Commercial Bank has made innovative steps for its branches like online pre-booked appointments available for their customers to ensure safe and reliable transactions between the bank and its clients.
