Foodies who swear by their love for Dim Sum will find their fondness for the cuisine rekindled as Chi‘Zen, the Chinese dining concept at the contemporary Oryx Rotana Doha presents a delightful Dim Sum menu throughout the month of September.

Get ready to savor a sumptuous array of dim sum selections skillfully crafted by Chef Eddie Burburanto offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian dim sums along with a wide assortment of mouthwatering dishes.

Guests will revel in the choices of steamed fares including Shanghai Dumplings (spicy mix of chicken and prawn with shiitake mushroom and pok choi), 3Star Dumplings (prawn and coriander mixed with bamboo shoot and garlic), Seafood Sui Mai (classic dim sum mixture of prawn and crab in a wonton wrap), Assorted Dim Sum steamed platter and much more.

To complement the set, there are also options of deep-fried and pan-fried treats such as Crispy Crab Sui Mai Roll (seaweed wrapped crab sticks and cucumber sui mai, served with spicy mayonnaise), Golden Fried Prawn Wonton (prawn and bamboo shoot, carrot and purple cabbage served with sweet chilli sauce) and Golden Duck Bun (friend bun filled with diced roast duck in mild black pepper sauce).
