The Rezidor Hotel Group is pleased to announce that 17 of its properties in the Middle East and North Africa region have been the recipients of the 2015 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.

Properties which received the honor are located in Bahrain (The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa), Kuwait (Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait, Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait), Oman (Radisson Blu Hotel Muscat), Qatar (Radisson Blu Hotel Doha), Saudi Arabia (Park Inn by Radisson Al Khobar), UAE (Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina, Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah, Radisson Blu Resort Sharjah), Egypt (Radisson Blu Hotel Alexandria, Radisson Blu Resort Al Quseir), Jordan (Radisson Blu Tala Bay Resort, Aqaba), and Lebanon (Radisson Blu Hotel Martinez Beirut).

“Rezidor Hotel Group is committed to serving the MENA region by creating properties that exemplify our outstanding quality of service to deliver a great overall experience to guests,” Mark Willis, Area Vice President for the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, The Rezidor Hotel Group. “It is an honour to have 17 of our regional properties recognised by TripAdvisor, and we will continue to strive to offer a memorable experience with every visit.”

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
