Expo 2023 Doha, the first of its kind in the region, is a mega-event that promotes and celebrates innovation, sustainability, agriculture, and environmental awareness. The event's theme is "Green Desert, Better Environment," and it is expected to welcome 3,000,000 visitors throughout the event.
The Expo 2023 Doha is taking place from 2 October 2023 to 28 March 2024 at Al Bidda Park, Qatar.

Al Bidda Park is a huge area and we recommend you wear comfortable shoes because you'll be doing a lot of walking! There are a number of entry and exit points in each zone, as well as parking access.
Expo 2023 Doha is split into 3 zones:
The International Zone is located on the Wadi Al Sail side of Al Bidda Park and serves as the main gateway to Expo 2023 Doha. We recommend that you enter from here.
There are three entrances to the International Zone: the Green Tunnel Gate, Khalifa Gate, and Corniche Gate. The main entrance is the Green Tunnel Gate located at Al Istiqlal Street. The Khalifa Gate and Corniche Gate are on the corner of Khalifa Street and Majlis Al Tawon Street.
The Family Zone covers the central area of Expo 2023 Doha. The area can be accessed through both the International Zone & Cultural Zone or by its two entrances: Red Road Gate & Rumaila Gate.
The Red Road Gate is located on the corner of Mohamad Bin Thani Street and Majlis Al Tawon Street. The Rumaila Gate is located on the corner of Majlis Al Tawon Street and Rumaila Street.
The Cultural Zone can be accessed through the Family Zone or Al Bidda Gate. The Al Bidda Gate is within walking distance of the Al Bidda Metro Station.
Over 80 countries are expected to participate in the Expo 2023 Doha, showcasing unique pavilions at the International Zone to bring a piece of their culture to Qatar. Each pavilion is curated and decorated to represent its country's heritage and provides information, entertainment, and a first-hand experience of its traditions. You'll feel like you've travelled the world with each pavilion visited!
Qatar's pavilion, a building with exteriors inspired by the Ras Abrouq landscape, takes you through Qatar's journey towards sustainability and innovation for a "Green Desert, Better Environment."
Each pavilion section is a sensory experience with interactive points, colourful lights, informational materials, and more. You'll experience a green oasis the moment you step inside!
One of the largest pavilions at Expo 2023 Doha's International Zone is the Saudi Arabia pavilion, showcasing the rich natural heritage and innovation. The most popular attraction of the pavilion is the immersive 360 audio-visual experience, where you'll learn more about the country's history, beautiful landscapes, and vision.
Your visit to the International Zone at Expo 2023 Doha should include a stop at the illuminated green tunnel at the Kuwaiti pavilion! It's an excellent spot for a photo to mark your Expo 2023 Doha experience. The whole area is full of lush greenery and water fountains, too!

Head to the Expo House square to see the largest Qatari flag made from 300,000 local flowers! It's a great spot for photos and admire Qatar's native flowers.
Roaming performers and entertainers bring a fun and festive vibe to your Expo 2023 Doha experience! Catch them all over the venue during the evening starting from 5:30 pm. They are always up for photo opportunities and dance sessions, too!
The Hamad International Airport pavilion is a must-visit at the Family Zone! Installed with iconic landmarks from around the world, the pavilion offers a multitude of photo spots and fun activities, too. A Qatar Airways dome also offers a VR experience of the Qatar Airways First Class.
Kids' workshops, ranging from arts and crafts to gardening, are available at the Family Zone. There are also face painting activities, games, a beanbag chair lounge, and more. Workshops start from 5 pm onwards daily. All activities are free!
Don't miss the interactive dome at the Family Zone! Try out the 360 video selfie, puzzle games, digital colouring activity, photo booth, and more!
Family-friendly entertainment shows are happening regularly at the Family Amphitheater that kids and the kids at heart will surely enjoy!

Get up close and personal with various fish and marine life, view different kinds of coral, and learn about their important role in the ecosystem! Here you'll find aquariums and even a starfish touching station.
Located in the Cultural Zone, a must-visit space is the Qatari culture area, where several majlis tents are located showcasing Qatari crafts, traditional games, art activities, and more. They have free tea and gahwa, too!
