Do you need help with wastewater or sewage removal for your house? Citizens and residents can request for wastewater removal to the Services Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment or MME to remove sewage or wastewater from the septic holes that are not connected to the primary house sewage system.

Here are the online and offline instructions to do the same:

What are the online instructions?

  • The first step is to fill the online form where you must enter all the required information.
  • Enter your name, mobile number and QID number.
  • Fill in the “My Address” details and elaborate the service details.
  • Next, click on “Start Workflow”.

What are the offline instructions?

  • Visit your nearest Customer Service Office at the competent municipality.
  • Give all the above-mentioned required information needed to complete the service.

What are the fees for this service?

There are no fees for this service. It's FREE.

Additional Information

  • This service is only for residential buildings.
  • The service can also be requested via Oun mobile app or by contacting the Call Center on 184.
  • MME also gives the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan on its website.
  • This service requires 2-4 days to be completed.
