The events will comprise distances ranging from 800m to 5K. All events will be run on accurately measured short courses with multiple laps and will be restricted to a maximum of 300 participants.

• 2.5K Secondary (11-13): 7:05 am
• 2.5K Primary 2 (9-10): 7:05 am
• 2.5K Primary 1 (7-8): 7:05 am
• 800m Mini Kids (3-6): 7:30 am

• Early bird special (FIRST 100 REGISTRANTS): QR 200 for all 4 races
