The chance of a woman having invasive breast cancer during her life is about 1 in 8. Her chance of dying from breast cancer is about 1 in 36.

Breast cancer death rates have been going down every year because awareness has been raised and women are getting checked more frequently.

Every October the Zumba Fitness Doha Qatar Team raise breast cancer awareness through our Party In Pink Zumba month.

This month hand in hand with Sheraton Doha and for the second year in a row, in sponsorship of International Bank Qatar (IBQ), we will hold an unforgettable 2 Hour PARTY IN PINK ZUMBATHON where with your help we will raise awareness and funds for the Qatar Cancer Society (QCS).

QCS reaches out to cancer patients, survivors and their families to help alleviate distress and suffering as well as help facilitate recovery through both emotional, as well as monetary support.

Each one of us has probably had someone in their life go through cancer or a major illness and It's by uniting together that we give back to our community and the people who've helped us along the way.

The power of having a voice, an audience platform, it’s our mission as The Zumba Fitness Doha Qatar Team, to support great causes and throw one heck of a memorable fundraising party to support them.

So my fellow Zumba lovers, this is the time that we come as one, one force, united, we open our pocketbooks by showing our generosity and our pledge to fight cancer by dancing our hearts out for a great cause.

Join Imad, and Qatar's Top Zumba Instructors for the Zumba Party of the year in Doha, where all the proceeds raised will go to benefit QCS.

Registration: 6:30 PM
Workout: 7 - 9 PM
